Thanks to its gantry crane which has a lifting capacity of 250 tonnes, LYON TERMINAL is able to handle heavy lifts. More than 12,050 tons of heavy lifts passed in transit by Lyon Terminal in 2009.
 
 

These parcels can be loaded on river barges (transhipment at Fos/Mer) or forwarded directly to Mediterranean ports or Black sea (sea-river ships)

Our main client: Jeumont Schneider (transformers handling)

It is also possible to load a parcel with a superior weight via our Ro/Ro berth (800 tonnes).

At the same time, in the context of regular imports (e.g. metallurgical goods), LYON TERMINAL S.A. can propose you global logistics solutions: customs formalities, ship unloading, orders preparation, storage, trucks loads and deliveries to final clients.
