Handling
 
With its adapted infrastructures, LYON TERMINAL can handle all types of containers (laden, empty, mobile cases, etc.):
 

The gantry crane has a lifting capacity of 250 tons and allows river container handling as well as heavy lifts.

5 reach stackers for laden containers and 7 reach stackers for empty containers are able to work on trains and trucks with velocity and flexibility adapted to daily priorities.

In case of problem and/or emergency, the mobile crane (33 tons at 18 m) is able to complete operations to avoid service interruptions.

Thanks to its integrated computerized system, LYON TERMINAL stores containers precisely. Hauliers dwell times are consequently shortened and enable them to optimize their own activity.

 
LYON TERMINAL sends daily automatic reports via emails in order to inform you of the operations progress.
